Questions people ask before booking
Do I need a referral?
Usually not — most people book straight in with us. Some insurance policies ask for a doctor's referral, so it is worth checking your cover first.
More questions answered →What will it cost?
A standard consultation is €80. We are covered by Laya, Aviva, Irish Life and VHI — you pay on the day, we give you the receipt, and you claim it back on your policy.
See all prices →When can I come in?
We can usually offer an appointment within 48 hours. Athy is open until 8pm Monday to Thursday, and Rathangan and Enniscorthy each run an evening clinic, so you may not need to take time off work at all.

01
We talk it through
Your history, what happened, and what you are feeling now — in your own words, before anyone touches anything.
02
We assess and explain
Physical tests to find the cause, then the diagnosis explained in plain terms. No jargon, and you can ask anything.
03
Treatment starts the same visit
Hands-on treatment matched to what we have found, so you are not just booked in and sent away.
04
You leave with a plan
Exercises to do at home between sessions — they are what keep the progress going.
Wear something comfortable you can move in, and that gives us access to the area being treated.
A clinic and a gym, under one roof
Treatment does not stop at the plinth. Our gym space lets us take you from pain relief through to strength and return to sport, with therapist-led classes running through the week.
